How to pay participants
Payments arenβt actually that complicated, I try and make sure that they are completed all at once by the end of the day. Everything you will need is in the participant schedule, payment log and the payments folder.
Subjects are paid 2 different amounts depending on the study and how to split credit:
fMRI S1 and 2 pay only: $75 (USE FORM fMRI3pt_Ad Hoc Form_Subject)
if they withdraw from the study and only completes Session 1 pays $35
fMRI S3: $45 (USE FORM fMRI3pt_s3_Ad Hoc Form_Subject)
Rarely occurs but if participant completes sessions 1, 2 and 3 within the same week you will need to change the amount from 75 to 120 using FORM fMRI3pt_Ad Hoc Form_Subject
Here is what you need to add to the forms:
Workday Ref #: located in the payment log starting with β337β
Last Name, First Name
Address
Email
You will need to save these files under the βNot Submittedβ in Payment and change the name so that instead of "Subject" their participant ID is added.
At the end of the day and all forms are made go to docusign, here is the process for submitting:
Create a new envelope
Make sure there is not over 15 forms in an envelope
Address the envelope to Leslie McCoy and press next
For each form at the bottom of the first page add the following for Leslie:
A signature box
A printed name text box
2 date boxes
Do this for each form! And then send the envelope
Move the files from Not Submitted to Submitted
