⚗️I. Net Preparation

Required PPE: Gloves, Lab Coat

Select Net Size

  • Use the participant's heaqd circumference measurement to select a net size

  • Size down when between sizes:

    • Small: 54 - 56cm

    • Medium: 56 - 58cm

    • Large: 58 - 61cm

Prepare the Electrolyte Solution

  • Use the shampoo spoon to mix:

    • 1 liter of water (fill to line 1 on bucket)

    • 1 scoop potassium chloride crystals

    • 1 scoop of Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo

Soak the Net

  • Let soak for at least 10 minutes or until the participant arrives.
