Required PPE: Gloves, Lab Coat, Face Shield
Check the expiration date and prepare a fresh batch if needed
Use the disinfectant spoon to mix:
2 lites of water (fill to line 2 on bucket)
1 spoon disinfectant
Put the connector end of the EEG in the cabinet above the sink
Carefully turn the net inside out and spread your hand wide within the net
Rinse the net under warm water for 1 minute
Remove any visible hair/scalp debris
Immerse the sensor end of the net in the disinfectant
Set a timer for 10 minutes and allow the net to soak
Do not let the net soak in disinfectant for longer than 10 minutes
Rinse the net under warm water for 2 minutes
Use a clean towel to gently dry excess water from the net
Hang the net with the connector above the sensor to dry
